About Our Community

On behalf of the Summerland Manor Condominium, Inc. Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Summerland Manor, we welcome you to your new home and our community.  Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you, whether it's walking through the community or attending an event put on by our Social Committee. We are glad to have you as a neighbor and would like to take this opportunity to give you some information about Summerland Manor and explain how it works for you. 

Our community website is the official communication channel between the Board of Directors and the residents. Amenities, community bi-monthly newsletters, resident resources, governing documents, and contact information can all be found here. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with these resources and get to know your community. The website provides answers to most of the questions homeowners have. If you would like to see additional information on a particular topic or a new topic altogether, please submit your ideas here.
